Meet Kitty
The founder of Teachers in Transition, Dr. Kitty Boitnott, NBCT, RScP is dedicated to helping teachers who are ready to transition from the classroom into the career of their dreams.
Kitty went through her own career transition in 2013 after 33 years as a public school educator and advocate and then President of the Virginia Education Association (2008-2012). When she finished her last term in that job, she was burned out.
She took early retirement and hired a coach who helped her transition from educator to Career Transition & Job Search Coach. 1) How long does it take to work through the program?
If you work diligently and at a steady pace, the program can be completed in 60 to 90 days. But there is no time limit. You have lifetime access to the online course, and depending on the level of support you want, you can have group support and individual support for as long as it takes for you to be successful.

Yes with certain caveats. This program isn't for the “tire-kicker.” It's for action-takers.
