My Approach to Coaching
After experiencing my own job burnout in 2012, I decided I wanted to help teachers who were experiencing burnout and had a desire to find a new career. I knew two things for sure. I wanted to work with teachers, and I wanted to be of service in some way. As a result of my conviction that life is too short to stay stuck in a job you no longer love, in 2015, I created an online course that I called, “Jumpstart Your Job Search.” In 2019, I updated and expanded the program. It's now the “Jumpstart Your Job Search 2.0 Program.” It is specifically for the teacher who is ready for a career change but doesn't know how or where to begin. I offer the program as a stand-alone DIY Program or as a more comprehensive online coaching option with email support and group coaching. If you want one-on-one coaching, we can work that out, too. We provide lifetime access to our online course. You can choose to go with the Do-It-Yourself package or select Email and Group Coaching support. If you want more One-on-One coaching while you work your way through the program, we can help you with that, too.
