Hi! I am Vanessa Jackson!
If you are like most of my followers, you are a teacher who is looking for a career change. You may be burned out or you may just feel overwhelmed with stress from your job as a teacher. What you probably know for sure is that you are unhappy and you are ready for a change.

I know how you feel. When I retired from teaching in 2012, I didn't know how or where to start a job search. I needed help. And I got it.
Eventually, I decided to become a coach. What I knew for sure was that I wanted to work with teachers, and I wanted to somehow be of service in some way. That is how my business was born.

Vanessa Jackson's Story
Vanessa is a 25+ year educator. As a military spouse she taught in military communities at multiple schools (often multiple schools at the same time). She has taught in the Texas and Alaska school systems primarily in the performing arts of Band, Orchestra, Theater, and Choir. She has certifications in music and special education and is Federally Highly Qualified in Theater and Music.
In 2021, Vanessa left education and began working in the field of contingent staffing at Experis. In her time there, she got to experience the “other side of the table” and gained experience sourcing resumes, screening applicants, working with applicant tracking systems, and ensuring compliance with HR expectations in all 50 states.
She is excited to be able to take what she has learned in the staffing industry and help people learn how to take the valuable skills they acquired in teaching and to turn that into finding the job they truly want.
Working with burnt-out teachers has become her new passion and purpose.
